                        2.  Minutes of the Last Meeting Held On 4 July 2007

 

The Minutes of the last meeting were agreed upon to be a true and accurate record of the proceedings.

 

3.  Matters Arising:

 

3.1       Final Arrangements for the Summer Fayre – 18 August 2007

 

            The final arrangements for the postponed Summer Fayre were made:

            JG volunteered to attend and represent the Parish Plan Steering Group stall for

            the first half of the day, as no other member would be available for the new             date.  It was agreed that this would be fine as a number of other members of             the SG were involved             on other stalls etc and would answer any Parishioners             questions if needed thereafter. The stall itself would consist of boards covered             with the Spring Questionnaire Topics, Photos, Question and Answer Solutions             etc, hopefully all of which would create interest and comment bringing us             closer to the Final Questionnaire.

 

3.2              Finalise Questions on the Questionnaire

 

            The final two topics on the Questionnaire were reviewed and amended for

            inclusion into the main.  It was noted that there should be a dedicated Local             Government Section breaking it down into sub-sections; Parish Council,             National Parks, Borough Council, District Council, and Land Owners, asking   4 relevant questions in each.

No other business was discussed.
